Requirements
Candidates must have between 3 and 5 years of experience and hold recognized certifications in areas like Agile Coaching, Scrum, Kanban, or Design Thinking. Experience in digital transformation, scaled operating models, and agile governance is required, along with knowledge of various agile frameworks.
