This role involves leading National Key Accounts to grow consumer credit, commercial, and debit portfolios by leveraging MasterCard's assets and driving customer business development activities. The manager must design and lead account business strategies by understanding industry trends and delivering strong selling processes tailored to client pain points.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) and 6 years of experience in a related field, including extensive sales leadership and business development within financial services. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, along with a willingness to travel as needed.
