Banking Operations Governance Team Lead

Lead a team of Banking Operations Governance Specialists, focusing on consistent team performance while supporting the professional growth of each team member. Manage team workload, capacity, SLA performance, and quality, ensuring urgent work is handled without losing sight of control quality. Implement comprehensive governance frameworks that establish standardized processes for banking operations and develop documentation standards to ensure regulatory compliance.

At least 2 years of people leadership or formal team leadership experience in Operations, Risk, Governance, Compliance, or Financial Services. Experience managing team performance, workload, and delivery against SLAs or operational KPIs. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate trade-offs and manage expectations.

This is a hybrid position located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office. The role offers RSUs in a rapidly growing company, flexible working model, an annual self-development budget, and health and dental allowances.
