Software Technical Leader - KVS Service Team

Lead the search and evaluation of alternative engines to DynamoDB, rethinking the KVS architecture to support exponential demand growth without sacrificing performance or reliability. Ensure service resilience and availability in multi-region scenarios, leading disaster recovery tests and compliance with operational continuity standards. Strengthen the platform's security posture by leading the adoption of encryption and robust access controls.

Over 5 years of experience leading engineering teams in the development of high-availability, low-latency distributed systems, mastering languages such as Java, Go, and/or Rust. Solid knowledge of non-relational databases like DynamoDB, Redis, or Memcached, including data modeling, capacity planning, and evaluation of alternative engines. Experience in cloud architectures on AWS/GCP/OCI and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
