Product Operations (Product Ops) - Limpa Nome

Ensure the operational health of Limpa Nome end-to-end by monitoring flows, integrations, and product stability. Track metrics, funnels, and KPIs to identify drops, breaks, and quick improvement opportunities. Govern and update product OKRs, consolidating results and supporting PMs in tracking. Analyze user feedback and transform insights into product actions.

Previous experience in Product Ops, Product Management, Product Operations, or as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical skills to monitor funnels, metrics, and incidents.
