Lead the development and implementation of investment and project management systems, standards, and processes according to industry best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen investment and project governance. Advise the organization on corporate PMO matters and lead activities for defining and implementing process and project management improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering. 15-20 years of experience in project management, consulting, and leadership roles in the development and implementation of investment and project management systems. Preferred postgraduate degree in Engineering or Business Administration and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience in mining or petrochemical projects is desirable.
