BACC Documentation Specialist - AM Funds
JPMorganChaseCore Responsibilities
The individual will independently prepare and review offering documents and regulatory filings, while also coordinating the preparation of board documents for the Funds. This includes drafting, updating, and inputting changes to JPMorgan Fund offering documents using technology, as well as creating new funds and maintaining existing ones.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience preparing mutual fund and ETF prospectuses, summary prospectuses, and statements of additional information, or comparable experience. A Law Degree is highly desirable, and comfort with technology and the willingness to learn registration statement software are required.
