Auxiliar de Inventarios y Asset Management

Manage the comprehensive administration of technological assets and associated inventories for a financial services client. Support the registration of asset movements in management systems and maintain updated control of physical and logical assets. Participate in periodic physical inventories and assist in monthly reconciliations with suppliers and internal areas.

3 years of experience managing IT assets. Experience in large-scale reconciliations and audits. Proficient in ServiceNow Asset Management, CMDB, and advanced Excel. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Informatics, IT Administration, or Logistics.

The position is based in client facilities in CDMX with potential travel to nearby locations. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with possible extended hours and on-call duties.
