What You'll Do
Provide legal consulting to business areas in Capital Markets, Project Finance, and Structured Operations. Analyze, draft, and review legal documentation for transactions, negotiate terms and conditions, and support public offering processes. Interact with financial institutions and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with CVM, B3, and ANBIMA regulations.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law and active OAB registration. Relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets, Project Finance, or Structured Operations, preferably in law firms or financial institutions. Advanced or fluent English proficiency for international operations and documentation.
