Core Responsibilities

Provides technical phone support and conducts problem analysis for incidents of moderate complexity. Coordinates resolution with internal IT groups and external vendors while maintaining accurate documentation of all service requests.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates must have at least one year of help desk experience and possess strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, and network connectivity.
