Conduct analytical research to identify new opportunities to improve collection performance. Explore customer, payment, and operational data to uncover patterns and insights. Develop hypotheses and validate them through data analysis. Build dashboards and analytical tools to monitor key collection metrics.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, risk analytics, or collections analytics. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. Experience using Python or similar analytical tools. Ability to work with ambiguous problems and conduct independent analysis.
