Manage the individual backlog of complaints on the Reclame Aqui portal, Procon, and Consumidor.gov efficiently and autonomously. Conduct immediate and welcoming phone contact after receiving cases, ensuring clear verbal communication to address customer dissatisfaction. Analyze cases and provide detailed responses, crafting official strategic replies that are objective and professional. Focus on meeting individual and collective productivity goals, including SLA and specific satisfaction indicators from Reclame Aqui.
Requirements
Recent and solid experience in frontline operations specifically dealing with Reclame Aqui and consumer protection agencies. Proven track record in environments with high volumes of complex complaints. Absolute mastery of communication via phone (mandatory), email, and WhatsApp. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
