Implement defined controls and develop new ones using tools like histograms, Pareto diagrams, control charts, heat maps, scatter diagrams, and descriptive statistics. Analyze complementary statistical data to identify trends that may affect future BPP. Conduct traceability follow-ups and investigations on lost packages or process violations impacting BPP. Participate in investigations and report writing on events affecting people or assets, proposing continuous improvement actions.
Requirements
Intermediate knowledge of GSuite or Office and familiarity with access control systems like Lenel and Genetec, as well as basic knowledge of SAP or WMS. Experience in electronic security, leading training, and conducting investigations, with security certifications preferred. Solid knowledge in monitoring centers, cameras, and forensic investigations, along with experience in personnel management and crisis situations in large logistics centers.
