You will be responsible for conducting consultative sales in a receptive manner, connecting customer needs to our financial solutions with a focus on excellent service. You will manage sales through our communication channels (chat, WhatsApp, and phone), ensuring agility and accuracy.

At least 1 year of prior sales experience. Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed). Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

The position offers a CLT contract with an 8-hour workday and a 1-hour break, with flexible entry times between 8 AM and 1 PM. The work schedule is 5x2, with the possibility of working on weekends. The work model is hybrid, based in Cinelândia, RJ.
