Core Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Fulfillment Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Coordinate direct-to-consumer order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Manage manual, special, and VIP orders. Track inbound shipments from manufacturers to warehouses. Review shipping invoices and fulfillment-related costs for accuracy. Inventory & Logistics Management: Monitor and manage inventory across multiple channels and distribution partners. Maintain accurate inventory reporting and stock visibility. Track domestic and international shipments and provide status updates. Support forecasting and demand planning efforts. Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for leadership. Wholesale & Event Logistics: Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment for wholesale partners and event locations. Manage logistics for trade shows, events, and promotional activities. Coordinate shipments and inventory distribution across multiple partners and locations. Returns & Operational Support: Coordinate product returns with fulfillment partners. Monitor returns, inspections, restocking, and disposition processes. Support customer service and complaint resolution workflows related to fulfillment and logistics. Process Improvement & Scaling: Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency and operational processes. Support the evaluation and onboarding of additional logistics and fulfillment partners. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scalable operations.

Requirements

Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, inventory management, or operations. Experience working directly with 3PL providers and shipping partners. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Experience tracking inventory and fulfillment metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Flexible schedule with overlap during U.S. business hours. Availability to collaborate with international suppliers, logistics partners, and stakeholders across multiple time zones as needed. English fluency required. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Shopify, ShipHero, or similar e-commerce and fulfillment platforms. Experience supporting DTC, e-commerce, consumer products, or startup environments. Familiarity with international shipping and freight coordination. Experience with forecasting, demand planning, or inventory optimization.
