AI Business Operations Analyst - Mexico City (Hybrid)
ClaraCore Responsibilities
Map high-friction operational workflows across Clara and prioritize them for AI-augmentation and automation. Design, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered workflows using tools like Claude Code/Codex and n8n. Build and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase to surface KPIs and flag anomalies. Collaborate with commercial and operational leaders to identify automation opportunities that improve speed and accuracy.
Requirements
3-7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally in a LatAm fintech or high-growth B2B SaaS company. Proven AI automation track record with demonstrated examples of automating operations. Hands-on experience building automated workflows with tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
