As a Staff Software Engineer, you will collaborate with leaders across Data, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define the business and architecture vision. Responsibilities include being a technical reference for the engineering team and engaging in critical analysis of development tools and processes to enhance productivity.
Requirements
Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering solutions to complex problems and experience designing and maintaining large, scalable systems. Fluency in Portuguese and excellent written and verbal English skills are mandatory, along with knowledge of computer theory including algorithm optimization and distributed systems.
