Talent Development Program Manager

This role involves partnering with the Director of Learning, Growth, and Development to design and scale high-impact programs aimed at strengthening manager capability and supporting employee growth at all levels. The manager will own the end-to-end execution of these development programs, including facilitation, logistics, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Candidates must have 4–7+ years of experience in talent development, L&D, or program management, coupled with exceptional skills in facilitating engaging learning experiences and designing practical guidance. A strong program builder mentality is required, along with the ability to independently manage execution from concept through delivery while maintaining strategic curiosity.
