Lead and develop outsourced operational teams, ensuring a healthy work environment and high performance. Manage activities executed by logistics partners, establishing agreements and influencing teams without direct hierarchy. Analyze productivity, quality, absenteeism, and delivery capacity indicators to contribute to resource sizing and workforce planning.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields. Previous relevant experience in leading operational teams and managing logistics partners. Intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and Power BI. Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools like 5S, Kaizen, and PDCA.
