Core Responsibilities

Manage the daily execution, audience targeting, creative coordination, and ongoing optimization of paid social campaigns to maximize ROI. Create performance reports for cross-functional stakeholders and manage weekly pacing reports to ensure budget alignment and campaign efficiency. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; a solid quantitative background is highly preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field. Knowledge with paid social platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, or related advertising technologies.
