The team is looking for a Growth Creative Strategist who can own the paid creative pipeline, generate high-performing creative concepts, and support Meta advertising efforts with a strong understanding of performance metrics and campaign optimization. This is a highly collaborative role where creativity and data go hand in hand. The ideal candidate understands how to translate customer pain points into compelling ad concepts while continuously testing, analyzing, and improving campaign performance. Position Overview: We are seeking a Growth Creative Strategist with a strong background in paid social advertising, direct-response copywriting, and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy and performance marketing. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist first and a media buyer second. They know how to develop winning hooks, scripts, and messaging that drive conversions while supporting campaign execution inside Meta Ads Manager. They are highly analytical, AI-native, and passionate about testing, learning, and optimizing creative at scale. Key Responsibilities: Own the paid creative pipeline from customer insights through concept development, copywriting, creative briefs, launch, and iteration. Develop high-converting hooks, scripts, primary text, headlines, descriptions, CTAs, and copy variations for paid social campaigns. Create creative strategies for static ads, memes, UGC, and short-form video campaigns. Build clear, creative briefs for external editors and UGC creators while ensuring final assets align with campaign objectives. Research competitors and industry trends to identify creative opportunities and winning messaging patterns. Collaborate with the internal marketing team to support Meta Ads campaign execution, including campaign structure, Advantage+, budget pacing, creative testing, scaling, and reporting. Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Maintain accurate tracking across Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GTM, UTMs, and conversion events. Leverage AI tools daily for ideation, copy generation, research, creative iteration, and workflow optimization. Continuously generate, launch, and test new creative concepts to improve campaign performance and drive scalable growth. Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable performance results. Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and paid social creative strategy. Experience writing high-converting ad copy in natural, conversational American English. Demonstrated success improving CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance. Experience with Meta Ads Manager, including Advantage+, campaign optimization, and performance tracking. Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GTM, UTMs, and conversion tracking best practices. Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and UGC creators. AI-native mindset with repeatable workflows using AI tools for research, copywriting, ideation, and creative optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working in high-growth DTC or performance marketing environments. Experience managing creative testing frameworks with high-volume experimentation. Familiarity with ticketing, marketplace, or e-commerce businesses. Experience working with creative production teams and external freelancers. Background in growth marketing or demand generation.
