Own the multi-year transportation strategy for Middle Mile Mexico, balancing Cost, Speed, Capacity and Customer Experience. Own the annual network plan and the quarterly capacity commit: node footprint, lane design, mode mix and 1P versus 3P. 7+ years of team management experience. 5+ years of supply chain experience. Bachelor's degree required. Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects and communicating complex information to senior stakeholders.
