Analista de Experiencia y Performance de Proveedores Logísticos

Schedule collections W+1 and D+1, ensuring alignment and capacity with carriers and origins, and control dispatched volume, reauthorized volume, and backlog. Monitor deliveries package by package (SLA, delay, and DIT), manage domain rejections, and follow up on BPP management with Loss Prevention. Participate in WBR/MBR meetings with carriers and follow up on action plans and contingencies, supporting the training and homologation of new partners.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics operations, carrier management, or performance control. Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Desirable: Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or SQL. Conversational English (written and verbal) and a strong commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability.
