Supervise the operation of agencies in the region, ensuring key KPIs such as Delivery Success and Churn are met. Analyze regional data to design and implement strategies for expansion and operational improvement. Lead Analysts and Assistants, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and report to Senior Leadership with executive presentations.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in formal leadership positions. Experience in e-commerce operations, physical point networks, or external supplier management. Advanced Google Suite, practical SQL skills, and strong data sensitivity are required.
