Field Team Leader Panamá

Lead fieldwork activities to meet operational standards and ensure data quality. Manage field resources, including performance evaluation, professional development, and expense control. Oversee daily operations of auditors, adjusting work plans as necessary to achieve objectives. Conduct on-site verification of operational panels and ensure compliance with field methodology.

Intermediate or higher education level. Reside in Panama City or Chorrera. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. 3+ years of experience supervising field teams. Willingness to travel throughout the country. Valid driver's license is desirable. Advanced Excel skills.
