Core Responsibilities

Monitor the operation on-site, leading teams of representatives and ensuring a positive work environment. Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate on projects with other departments. Provide continuous training to the team to support their development and assist in tracking team results with the support of representatives and supervisors.

Requirements

Completed technical or higher education in Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Office Suite. Experience in managing people and operational teams, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. Availability to work on-site in Guarulhos/SP.
