Ensure the proper functioning of common areas by managing maintenance and cleaning. Control the purchase of supplies such as coffee and cleaning materials. Organize and maintain meeting rooms, managing schedules and equipment. Provide operational support for mail and messaging services, and ensure accessibility in spaces according to employee needs.
Requirements
Ongoing or completed higher education, preferably in administrative areas. Experience in Facilities is a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Excel for daily activity control. Strong organizational skills, discretion, and proactivity in task performance. Good communication skills to interact with all levels of the company.
