Implement and maintain deployment pipelines for models in production using online endpoints (AWS SageMaker). Develop infrastructure to serve models with critical latency, throughput, and availability requirements. Containerize models in R (and eventually Python) using Docker. Configure and optimize cloud inference environments (AWS) focusing on cost-effectiveness. Monitor performance, availability, costs, and compliance of models in production.
Requirements
Experience with AWS SageMaker and Docker. Proficiency in R and Python for model containerization. Strong understanding of cloud environments and CI/CD processes for ML models. Ability to collaborate with Data Scientists to translate development code into production-ready code.
