Support in the review and preparation of documentation necessary for the signing of leasing contracts for aircraft, engines, and components. Coordinate with various departments and external suppliers to ensure compliance with Volaris' obligations. Assist in the review and control of the status of financing documents for the current and future fleet.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law. At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Intern/Fleet. Knowledge of Obligations and Administrative Law. Basic knowledge of corporate finance. Intermediate-advanced level of English.
What We Offer
Availability to work hybrid in Santa Fe, CDMX.
