Support and assist in executing strategies within the team and organization. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as quality practices. Mentor team members to improve processes and ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures. Propose and implement solutions that streamline operations and reduce failures.

Graduated in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation or related). Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of project management methodologies and process engineering principles. Experience with data management and visualization tools (Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS, or similar).
