Telesales Nesting Coordinator

Monitor the performance of coaches by analyzing KPIs and identifying deviations to implement corrective actions. Supervise team performance, anticipating deviations and executing corrective actions to maintain operations within established standards. Align the team through structured communication, conveying objectives and managing feedback to ensure understanding and effective execution. Coordinate with telesales leadership, analyzing trends and defining objectives to drive compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and commercial goals.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or outbound call center environments. At least 2 years of experience leading operational teams, including remote management. Proficiency in CRM for client follow-up, management control, and performance analysis.
