Metro Full Mexico Team Leader

Supervise the Metro FC operators in the cluster, ensuring processes and delivery promises to buyers. Monitor daily operational KPIs, identifying deviations and applying immediate corrective actions. Execute and follow up on inbound, picking, packing, and dispatch processes under high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a good work environment while addressing operational incidents timely. Identify optimization opportunities in operations and escalate concrete proposals to the Supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in operational or team leadership positions in logistics or similar areas. Experience in logistics operations, distribution, or fulfillment centers. Intermediate-advanced Excel skills. Basic knowledge of SQL is desirable. Availability to work in rotating shifts.
