This role serves as an operational and administrative liaison within the reinsurance team, ensuring the correct execution of post-placement processes and supporting senior brokers to meet organizational business and operational goals. Key duties include entering business data, monitoring documentation like contracts and endorsements, managing digital files, tracking payment alerts, and preparing periodic production reports.

Requirements

Candidates need 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative and operational processes, preferably within insurance or reinsurance, and must possess advanced written and oral English skills. Academic background should be technical, technologist, university student, or professional in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
