Perform active and receptive telephone customer service, both in-person and through digital channels. Conduct internal and external activities according to the store's activity schedule. Assist the manager with administrative tasks and manage correspondence. Open current accounts and activate customer benefits as needed.

High school diploma required. Skills in public service and teamwork are essential. Experience with computers or a willingness to learn is necessary. Preferred qualifications include ongoing higher education and experience in sales and customer prospecting through digital channels.
