Lead, supervise, and develop the ICQA team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement. Analyze inventory and quality data to identify trends and opportunities, and project future scenarios. Design, implement, and monitor plans to improve inventory and quality indicators. Collaborate with operations, finance, and the RISE ICQAGO team to align objectives and propose improvements.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers, preferably in e-commerce. Knowledge in inventory management and quality control. Ability to analyze large volumes of data for decision-making. Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, and Python.
