Ensure the correct operation of the store during your shift, maintaining high quality standards in accordance with company processes and policies. Coordinate the team and their tasks, assigning resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity. Support the Store Manager in fulfilling the store's administrative processes, including inventory management and human resources.

Experience in similar positions leading work teams. Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
