Shift Supervisor

Co-lead the overall operation of the store ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and compliance with food safety and labor standards. Coordinate and motivate the team by assigning daily tasks and resolving operational issues during the shift. Supervise the processes of receiving, restocking, and inventory management, ensuring quality and expiration control.

At least 6 months of experience leading and/or supervising teams in retail, supermarkets, or related industries. Knowledge in inventory management, receiving processes, and quality control. Analytical skills for tracking operational metrics and basic computer tool proficiency.
