Lead the discovery of operational opportunities and manage the execution of process transformation projects from pilot to full implementation. Manage the local and regional project portfolio, keeping actions updated and presenting reports on the status and impact indicators. Implement product and technology deployments ensuring training and adherence by the operational team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in project management for continuous improvement or process transformation in operational environments, with knowledge of portfolio analysis tools and operational productivity management. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and knowledge of MTM is desirable.
