Business Solutions Associate

Deliver customer-focused support for internal Capital Markets products and services. Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests, document solutions, and provide ad hoc SQL data queries and reports. Plan, coordinate, execute, and document system testing from feasibility through implementation, including integration and user acceptance testing.

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Three to five years of financial services experience, preferably in Capital Markets, Risk, or operations support. Knowledge of Capital Markets products and experience investigating related data issues.
