Manage, coordinate, and oversee the technical team to anticipate any events in automated systems. Provide immediate attention to any operational halts and follow up on issue resolution and improvement proposals. Ensure compliance with the master maintenance plan over 52 weeks and monitor performance evaluations of team members.
Requirements
Intermediate-advanced PLC programming skills in Siemens and Allen Bradley. Knowledge of structured and ladder programming, industrial networks (Ethernet/Profinet/ASi/ModBus), and SCADA monitoring systems. Ability to handle difficult conversations and a sense of urgency.
