Loss Prevention Under The Roof Supervisor

Monitor and analyze the flow of packages and route performance across the national transportation network. Identify anomalies and deviations in routes through data analysis, reporting findings to local teams. Coordinate and negotiate with the Ecosystem team and carriers to ensure process compliance and resolve operational issues. Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to meet analytical and operational KPIs. Conduct weekly visits to metro stations and Service Centers to validate operational realities against data insights.
Requirements
Proven experience in the transportation sector with a solid understanding of logistics processes and prior team leadership experience. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in reading and interpreting SQL queries and basic knowledge of cloud environments. Intermediate user-level skills in Looker Studio and Power BI for tracking dashboards and metrics.
