Business Analyst Middle [Compliance]

Gather business requirements from Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations, and translate them into clear specifications. Map processes end to end, identify manual steps and bottlenecks, and document as-is and to-be processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on scope and timelines, and support the development lifecycle during implementation and UAT.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in fintech or banking. Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, and solid system analysis skills. Experience with process modeling and low-code tools, along with basic knowledge of SQL or spreadsheets for data validation.
