Core Responsibilities

Prepare and send payroll events to the BPO, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines. Manage the admission process and documentation. Process terminations and ensure correct documentation submission. Control and validate vacations and breaks. Address employee inquiries related to payroll, payments, and benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. Experience in personnel department routines. Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation. Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP, SAP HCM, Senior or similar). Intermediate Excel and English skills.
