CX Specialist (BI)

This role involves advanced data analysis, retention modeling, and creating proactive alert systems, coordinating closely with Operations, Product, and CX teams to turn problems into improvements. The specialist will be the analytical engine measuring the real impact of actions on user retention, transforming complex metrics into actionable insights and automations to protect customer experience.
Requirements
Key requirements include advanced SQL for efficient data extraction and manipulation, advanced experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, and knowledge of correlation analysis and user behavior modeling. Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets is also necessary, with Python/R being desirable.
