Sales Representative - Microsoft Ads (Russian speaking)

Find, approach and sign advertisers, brands, performance agencies and media agencies in CEE, starting with Cyprus-based companies. Understand each client's marketing goals and recommend Microsoft Advertising solutions that deliver measurable results. Advise clients on campaign planning, digital media strategy and performance. Negotiate agency deals and guide clients through contracts and account setup.

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in digital advertising, ad tech or an agency. A good grasp of digital performance metrics. Excellent Russian and English, spoken and written. Readiness to work on-site in Limassol.
