Core Responsibilities

Execute and ensure the employee lifecycle processes in both field and office settings, acting as the operational counterpart to the HRBP. Manage end-to-end onboarding, internal movements, and contractual documentation while maintaining data integrity in Workday.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a Technical degree in HR Administration with 3 to 5 years of experience. Proficiency in Workday, Excel, SQL, and Power BI is desired, along with residency in Antofagasta, Iquique, or Coquimbo.
