Lead the strategy and execution of the Hunter team to ensure the constant acquisition of new properties. Manage the end-to-end commercial process, optimize the sales pipeline, and analyze metrics to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

Requires 2 to 3 years of experience leading sales or business development teams with a strong focus on results and pipeline management. Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and data analysis via Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
