Core Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal movements, and terminations, acting as the operational counterpart to the HRBP. Ensure data integrity within Workday and other systems while adhering to company playbooks and standards.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a Technical degree in HR with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Workday, Excel, SQL, and Power BI is desired, along with residency in Antofagasta, Iquique, or Coquimbo.
