Maintain updated reports of daily operations and monthly regional reports. Execute operational follow-up of shipments from departure to final delivery, including document review, international tracking, import declaration validation, coordination with customs agents, and last-mile deliveries. Monitor import requirements for items needing it to ensure correct importation in Mexico. Enter and update logistics information in track & trace and foreign trade systems.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in foreign trade, import, and export. Proficient in SAP, logistics systems, and AI tools applied to process tracking and optimization. Knowledge of basic customs regulations in Mexico and Latin America. English level B2.
