What You'll Do
Support the Cardholder Services Finance support model to ensure timely responsiveness to inquiries and accuracy in billing. Evaluate and identify standardization of finance tasks in collaboration with regional leads and product teams. Assist in monitoring and reporting on finance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
What We're Looking For
Knowledgeable about Cardholder Services finance and billing. Strong analytical skills to produce and audit financial data. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across the Mastercard matrix.
